William Blake OTO is an official body of Ordo Templi Orientis USA, a 501(c)3 nonprofit religious & private membership organization, serving the Greater Baltimore, Washington D.C. and Northern Virginia metropolitan areas. William Blake OTO was chartered as a Camp on June 2, 1992ev. Through 30+ years, Blake has achieved much and evolved into the welcoming and inclusive group that we are now.
